Att 4 lines 4 tvs11/22/2023 ![]() ![]() Something the newbie salesman did screwed it all up. Last time I called I even gave them all my account numbers since they for some reason made them separate. When I call 611, they state that they can’t find the link on the accounts and that the addresses must match. My cell lines and internet lines are both business. ( Long term = more than a one-time payment!) This is my recommendation for ANY financial long term agreement that people sign up for with anyone. ![]() Just recommend that they read the offers and keep documentation and they'll generally be fine. I used to recommend everyone I knew to them. Do you have a copy of the BOGO details from this offer you are participating in that you can post ?.Depending on your plan (monthly line cost), this can be a losing deal. I’ve spoken to the salesman AT LEAST 10 times (no exaggeration), his store manager twice, I’ve called 611 5x and have now made 3 disputes. I am STILL PAYING FOR THIS EXTRA PHONE PAYMENT PLAN! My bill has gotten beyond ridiculous, and after 9 years of being a customer, I’m looking into having another company get me the heck out of ATT.
